Addressing the US Governors Climate Summit, Obama emphasized his enthusiasm for the Poznan Conference and promised that his administration would mark a "new chapter in American leadership on climate change." On YouTube I saw that his video in one day already had more than one million viewers. Change needs leadership. Leadership makes strategic choices in communication modalities to get the messages for change out, so we all can buy in.
